Symptoms:

Abnormal vaginal bleeding after menopause is the most common symptom of endometrial cancer is. •           Difficult or painful urination.

•           Pain in the pelvic area.

•           A pelvic lump.

•           Weight loss.

Other conditions with similar symptoms include cervical cancer and dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
